Subject: Product Discontinuations and Update
Tastefully Simple continuously reviews its product offerings with a goal of maintaining a fresh and on-trend line. As part of this process, products are occasionally discontinued or updated. Here are some updates to current products
•Item: 318108 Pomegranate Chipotle Sauce. This product is being retired due to declining sales. For clients who were fans of this product, soften the disappointment by recommending our other standard and seasonal sauces, such as Bayou Bourbon Glaze, Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce and Honey Teriyaki Sauce.
•Item:721300 Everyday Grillin' Seasoning. This product is also being discontinued due to low sales. Suggest Ultimate Steak Seasoning as a great alternative to your clients.
•Item: 127108 Corn, Black Bean Salsa. This product is being discontinued in its current form due to a challenge with our vendor. Good news! A new and improved version of Corn, Black Bean Salsa will replace the original product in our Fall-Winter 2016 product line. While we have endeavored to replicate the existing product as closely as possible, we are unable to produce an identical product due to ingredient sourcing and other factors. However, the updated product has been taste-tested by your Senior Team Mentors and Executive Advisory Committee, who gave its new, fresh flavor rave reviews! Rest assured that the new and improved version of Corn, Black Bean Salsa easily replaces the original in all of your favorite recipes.
Get a sneak-taste! This new version of Corn, Black Bean Salsa launches with the July client promotion! In July, you and your clients can get a "sneak taste" of the salsa for just $5.99 - that's $2 off the $7.99 retail price. And, your clients can save even more when they spend $50. The new and improved Corn, Black Bean Salsa will be $3.99 with their $50 purchase in July.
Beginning with Fall-Winter 2016, the formulations of the product below will be altered slightly.
•Item: 752803 Cinnamon Muffin Melt Mix. Great news! This product has been reformulated to retain the same great taste without the partially hydrogenated oil! The updated version will be sold under Item: 774006.
