We are selling our 2 1/2 x 10’ vortex evaporator. This package includes everything you need to start boiling including hoods, steam-away, all raised max flue pan, and front pans. Extras include glass access panels on the steam-away. Lights in all the hoods and the steam-away. Windows in the syrup hood. Sight glasses, float boxes, and auto draw- off are also included. Retail on this package was $54,000. Price doesn’t include all the extras we have purchased to go with it. We have an additional cross flow pan still in the crate. Here comes the syrup. Yesterday was not the day we had hoped as Jaret had to work most of the day and night fixing a water leak in the Village. He went back into work this morning to help clean up. I kept all the sap safe by concentrating it so we would have some to boil today. So thankful that everything worked out in the Village and at Home.
