2025 is settling in and so am I. I am happy to post that I am still doing guitar repair and tech, working a couple of days a week with River City Guitars 11521 Midlothian trnpk. Suite G. A great local guitar shop with a nice selection of guitars and gear. open 12-6 Monday-Fri. 11-4 on Saturday. Come on down sometime!

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!
It is with mixed feelings that I share the news that GuitarNutz is now closed. I have been doing this work for 17 years and it has been the best job that I have had. A BIG Thank You to all you guitar, bass, banjo and mandolin players out there who have supported this shop for the past 4 years that I have been in Midlothian.
The plan is that I will be taking 6-8 months off and possibly setting up shop at home for some part time work...we will see when we get there....
Again THANK YOU for letting me help you all to make music!!

A sad story with a happy ending, 80's Epiphone "Genisis" had a broken headstock was repaired, broken again. It came into GuitarNutz about a month ago and we fixed it right! Be careful with those thin Gibson style mahogany necks!
