We issued a mass refund with our credit card company. Some went through and some didn't. We will send another request on the ones that are still waiting. You can also try and contact your card companies to speed up the process as some already have. We apologize everyone.

Looks like we will not be opening back up. We are having to file bankruptcy with the company. We are issuing refunds to those who have been waiting, you may want to call your credit card companies/banks to speed up the process as our credit card company is slow at processing refunds and it takes up to 7 business days normally. Sorry everyone...

We are working on completing the orders we can and refunding the ones we cant. This will not be a quick process as there is only myself and one other person total now. We will complete as quick as possible. Everyone keeps saying they are trying to call our old number (405-410-9682) we no longer use that number. I apologize and we will try and handle things as quick as we can. We do not use Facebook enough to keep up with the hundreds of messages. I apologize.

We don't get on here much guys, sorry for not replying to everyone. We are behind as usual. We will be closing the site down soon to get caught up. Two of our main employees quit which doesn't help things any. On the plus side, our new clean room should be completed in just a few days. I have already hired 2 more replacements and once we are able to use the new clean room our processing times will be down to 2-3 day processing

We worked over the weekend and got caught up! We will be having a mass upload tomorrow with shipping notifications for those who were due out. We will be finishing up orders from the 31st tomorrow (which is the 5th business day) and will continue on from there. All orders after the 31st will be completed within the 3-5 business day time frame as stated on our site. We are closed weekends, so it is Monday-Friday for business days. Got ONE of the new guys trained really fast, so this has helped a lot. Things will improve from here on out. Just a short update.

We do not check our page often guys. PLEASE do not try and contact us through facebook to change orders etc. We most likely will not see it on time. Our processing time is 2-4 business days.. we are closed weekends.. We did get behind by a day or two, but will be back on track very soon.. This is nothing like before... Keep in mind, we are not like some vendors that ship same or next day.. Please do not get upset that we don't respond on facebook, we simply just don't have time to check it that often. Please contact us through our website if needed. We appreciate everyones business and understanding. We have cases of glass bottles and 10-15 new flavors ready to be added, we just haven't had the time to list those yet either.

The site is back up and running, all orders from previous sale will be shipped tomorrow if it hasnt already been shipped. They will go out tomorrow evening when our UPS driver picks them up and we will update tracking numbers. Thats the only reason why we even reopened the site is because we finally got caught up. Orders are now being processed in 1-3 business days not weeks..

We ran into a few issues (of course because thats how our luck goes) but will have the rest of the orders out tonight. We will be opening the site back up sometime this evening, the sale will not be posted until tomorrow though. Sorry guys! We are making sure we are fully stocked before blowing up again.

Most orders have been completed! Still a few to go. Those of you that still say awaiting fulfilment, wait untill the end of the night, we are doing a mass update tonight to update each order we just havent had the time today. The girl who normally does our shipping info is not here today so we just completed orders and will update those that were done sometime tonight before we leave.

Ok guys, we had some winter weather hit us today. I'm having to send my employees home to keep them from having to drive in this stuff. We got a lot done, there are many orders that have been completed but UPS doesnt pick up on weekends so we havent updated them to shipped yet. We are going to have to delay the new sale, hopefully the roads will be fine tomorrow and we can get the rest out. Ive also decided to give my guys a break before I put them through hell again. You can be mad at me all you want, they deserve it. I will have something up Wednesday for sure! Any ideas or suggestions on the new sale?? Sorry guys, but we are only 100 orders away from being COMPLETED!
