A co-owner of the Arcade, the man mainly responsible for refurbishing our beautiful building in 1977 and making it a viable place to do business once again, passed away on October 18th at the age of 86.

We should all be grateful for the sea wall, flood gates, stormwater pumps, etc... this is our community, one soggy afternoon, 90 years ago! Who needs the light rail when you can hop in a canoe?

Tile work finally complete on the north entrance! Nice and smooth, evened out between the brick sidewalk and the tile, no more orange stripe!

Our doors are still closed to the general public and the Arcade feels especially empty on Sundays, though the sun filled it today! Hope everyone is staying healthy - get lost, covid-sauce.

In light of the Governor's mandate, please wear a face mask whenever you enter the Monticello Arcade. We're hopeful this will all be over soon, but until that time, let's all work together to stay safe!

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, and after careful consideration, we have decided to close the Monticello Arcade to the general public for the foreseeable future. Tenants will be able to access their spaces via the bypass doors, and may admit clients that way also. Please take great care to follow all published guidelines to minimize your risk of exposure.
