I will have some commercial rental space coming available on July 1st.
-The space is roughly 2500 square feet with electricity and is semi-temperature controlled. (Concrete floor-concrete block walls.)
-There are two large, remote controlled overhead doors and two wide steel doors with alley access as well as access from Norfolk Avenue.
-Off street parking.
-We would like to rent the entire space to one renter but we are willing to break it up into smaller chunks for the right people.
-You can do just about anything you like with the space. (Storage, retail, office space, daycare, mechanic, food service, etc)
—There is also room in the parking lot for a food truck/fireworks stand, etc.
-It is located at the TOP of the River Point on East Norfolk Avenue.
$1 per square foot plus utilities, ect. if you take all of it. $1.25 per square foot if you want it broken up.
-We offer rental assistance for the first four (4) months with a signed one-year lease. If you are looking to improve the area for your business, we also offer rental assistance for that.
-There will be a refundable deposit required but we can work with you on that.
