The Maskenthine Recreation Area hosted the Nebraska Interscholastic Cycling Championship, where students of all ages and abilities showcased their trail riding skills

Our local/home and championship race is this weekend at Maskenthine Lake! Setup and athlete prerides are on Saturday and the races run from 845am through about 345pm on Sunday. You can find out more by clicking the link and then click on the Race Flier.

We have an account with Shimano now and can order the nicer Shimano stuff directly for you now! This may be hard to maintain if Shimano has annual minimums and we’re not able to meet those but we will see.

Let me know if you are looking into something in their lineup. They have pretty good margins so I think I can compete with at least some of the online pricing.

Racing season begins!
WE WILL BE CLOSED SATURDAY (8/16) to attend our first race in Omaha.
Tomorrow we have our season opener for our youth mountain mountain bike team and league. Find out more at angryowlsmtb.com and nebreaskamtb.org.

We will be open next Saturday before we switch hours to accommodate the race season and other things going on through October.

Hours for September/October:

Monday 11am-5pm
Tuesday & Wednesday 12-6pm
Thursday 11am-5pm
Friday 12-6pm

If a practice is moved to another night I may leave a little early (up to 30 mins) on one of the 6pm nights. Please call ahead if you need to stop by shortly before closing especially if you’re making a special trip.
