In honor of National Chocolate Pudding Day, we are sharing the Ready Hour Survival Shot Chocolate Bites. Which kind of taste like freeze-dried chocolate pudding and provide you with essential vitamins and nutrients in a easy chewable package. We do realize that this is not chocolate pudding but it was this or giant cans of chocolate pudding.

Today is National Heimlich Maneuver Day, which if you didn't know is a life-saving technique that uses abdominal thrusts to force air from the lungs. This forced air expels any object that is obstructing an individual's breathing pathway. A very necessary technique that every person should learn. Visit your local First Aid training facility to learn this skill and other useful First Aid skills.
