We want to wish everyone a HAPPY HALLOWEEN on this special 10 year anniversary for us!
Many of you have asked when & how this pumpkin patch dream started for us. 10 years ago October 31st, 2015, we (Sam & Curtis) were married surrounded by beautiful pumpkins we grew for the wedding and at the end of the reception, our guests took all the punpkins they wanted home with them. Our friends & family loved them so much we decided to grow a trailer load to take to town the next fall. Each year we grew a few more until the little trailer became a huge machine shed full. Donna May Mackerman Jackson came up with the wonderful idea of doing the spooky shed in honor of her mom Mae Mackerman who grew & sold pumpkins on the very farm where we live now.
We believe that pumpkins bring families together in this crazy digital age. From picking out the perfect one, to gathering around carving or painting a silly face - it's done together as a family.
We cannot thank everyone enough for the support of our dream. From your kind words, shares & posts it makes us feel truly blessed.
God bless you all, & we cant wait to see all of you next year at the patch!

The end of the halloween season is always bittersweet for us, but seeing the joy our pumpkins bring and giving back is what makes it worth it! We've donated most of our remaining pumpkins to businesses and schools here in Newton and hope they bring more fall magic to the community! 🎃
