Hi everyone! Long post warning. Please see our updated rule & operation information below to help spread the word.
We hope you all had a cozy winter. We are so excited to be getting ready for our 2026 season.
As you all know, we had a wonderful 2025 season. A couple sold out Sundays, lots of warm days, and lots of memories made! As we approach this season, we do have some changes to announce.
First and foremost, we no longer have a phone line. Unfortunately where the office is only staffed on Sundays, we do not have time to answer our phone the other 6 days of the week. We have decided to use this Facebook as our main form of communication. We are out on the property (Sundays 6:30AM-3PM) in our Hi-Vis vests if you’d like to inquire about anything in person! Additionally, we no longer have information on the Leighty’s website but would be happy to answer any questions through our Direct Messages on here! Our most updated information is also attached.
You asked and we delivered! Thanks to our dedicated builders who worked through some pretty cold weather, we were able to get 40 new tables made and repair a lot of our worn down ones. We added a dumpster for vendor garbage in the 500 row. We added an additional port-a-potty. We also added some picnic tables up by the food vendors so you can all sit down & relax while enjoying your food.
Because of these expenses, we have decided to implement a new table rate of $25 for our weekly renters. The cost for our monthly renters will remain the same, as they are not always guaranteed the luxury of the weather or crowd. You can find information on renting monthly below on our Vendor Setup Rules and Information Sheet. For our food vendors, we have a new rate of $60 per set up. However, we are happy to announce that we are allowing monthly rentals (with an implemented discount). Hopefully, that will ensure we can provide you with food vendors every weekend! Food vendor information can also be found below.
Please understand that these decisions were not made lightly, but rather to slowly but surely put a little “TLC” back into the very Flea Market that we all love to gather at!😁
