This week our Specialty Drink is going to be our Signature Opera Cream Latte ☕! We have been making this dreamy, rich latte since day 1!

We have all kinds of goodies in the pastry case 🥯🍰🍩🥐! We also have Chicken Salad Croissants and Chips for lunch!

Dear Piebird Customers, We have had to make the difficult decision to not take Thanksgiving orders this year. Due to changes in our work schedules and limited availability of our rental location, we feel it would be irresponsible to commit to orders we may not have time to complete for the holiday. We apologize and are sorry for any inconvenience this causes. Maple 🍁 chess -made with my market neighbor, Tree Hugger Maple’s real syrup

Sweet Potato- a recipe that has been in my family for generations

We are asked each year for about 7 years now, to be one of the food partners at the Row by Row fundraiser at Gorman Heritage Farm in Evendale. It started as a “sure” and now it’s a “I can’t imagine not doing it” because the farm is a very special place, and the people who come to raise funds for the farm, and the people who work at the farm, create such a magical experience, for one night at the end of August, I never want to be anywhere else.
It’s hard work-we hand roll our crusts and hand mix our fillings and make upwards of 30 or more pies. We arrive early and slice each pie and serve them to the attendees when the doors open.
It’s an awesome experience to tell people about the flavors and the excitement in choosing is real-each slice of pie is worth one ticket. No ticket, no pie. If you’re creative (and share well) your table can get one of each and you can sample all flavors.
We are oroud to be partners with Gorman Heritage Farm and if you have never been, you are remiss. Remedy this immediately and support the farm on their next big weekend, The Sunflower festival, when the fields are washed in gold!

Good morning pie lovers!
Getting ready for the market at Walton-Verona Farmers and Artisan Market (held at the city building) this Sunday!
It’s high Summer here in NKY and that means such goodness!
This week’s menu:
Sweet-
Peach Melba (peach and raspberry)

Chocolate chess

Savory-
TOMATO PIES 🍅

These will be sold as individual mini pies-layers of local tomatoes, fresh herbs, caramelized onion and parm blend melted on the top!

Get them while you can-they are only around for high Summer!
