If you've followed my career, you know I navigate two worlds: event design & coordination (my passion for 20+ years) and AI/ML data linguistics at Amazon (my focus for the past 11 years).

Rather than keeping these separate, I've discovered powerful ways to integrate AI into event planning:

🤖 AI-Powered Design Consultation – I use prompt engineering and generative AI to rapidly create custom styling concepts, color palette variations, and layout options based on client preferences, venue specifications, and current design trends. This allows me to present clients with personalized proposals faster while maintaining creative authenticity.

📊 Data analysis to optimize vendor selection and budget allocation, using insights from past events to predict costs and identify the best partners for each unique celebration.

The precision and systematic thinking from my ML work has revolutionized how I approach logistics, while my event background reminds me that at the heart of every project—whether it's training an AI model or designing a wedding—it's the human experience that matters.

Both careers fuel different parts of who I am, and I'm excited to keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible when creativity meets technology.

This is just the beginning! In the works, I plan to build an AI agent for our website helping potential clients to navigate more fluidly saving valuable time.

Designing Sara and Glen's wedding at the historic Boston Athenaeum was an absolute dream. This thoughtful, book-loving, intellectual couple came to us with a color palette in mind but weren't sure how to translate it into décor that would enhance—rather than overshadow—the venue's stunning architecture.

During our initial site visit, inspiration hit us instantly! We developed several design concepts and sketched out various decorative elements, then collaborated closely with Sara and Glen to refine their vision. Our digital renderings helped them visualize exactly how everything would come together on the big day.

The final result? Simply breathtaking! Sara's dream of a Pinterest-worthy library wedding became a reality, and the happy couple rode off into their happily ever after. ❤️

Beloved clients,

I'm sure many of you are aware of the imposed tariffs on Mexico, China, and Canada. At this point, we're still unsure how and when this will impact our industry as these are among some of the countries our flowers and goods come from. As we approach wedding season, we will closely monitor these costs and keep you abreast of any increased charges. We will do our best to provide you with budget-friendly alternatives should these costs impact your event's budget.

While we are deeply troubled by this news, we are dedicated to our clients and will continue to navigate through these changing times to provide you with the best service possible for a beautiful and memorable event.

ANGELIC AFFAIRS + BESPOKE DESIGNS BY KELLY are raising funds for Karen Read! Proceeds will be donated directly to the legal funds set up by her attorneys - Iannetti, Jackson and Little to help cover her legal fees in this injustice.

Ms. Read has been enduring as the victim in a cover-up by the Canton Police Department and Massachusetts State Police. On January 29, 2022, Ms. Read discovered her boyfriend, Boston Police Officer - John O'Keefe, dying in a blizzard on the front lawn of another police officer. She has been wrongfully accused of his murder, and is fighting daily for her freedom and to shed light on the truth of what happened to John O'Keefe. Sales proceeds will be donated to the "Justice for Karen Read Legal Defense Fund" to help with the expenses of her legal team as well as legal and expert witness costs as she fights for her freedom.
