I need to make an announcement for all my old and new customers. I know my address is shown in some places online; maybe Facebook, yelp, google etc. I would like to clarify something if I may.
When I first opened Stars Hollow, I had every intention of having my door open for you all to come in and look at my products. However, that wish quickly became a concern. As you may know, I run my shop out of the front of my home due to not having a space to rent or own yet. A physical location for shopping. However, I have had to change that to online only.
I ended up having people drive by our home back and forth, some slowly as well. I had people showing up at 8/9 pm or later. I can’t have that happening as I have a daughter who lives here as well. I would be up at night and staying up later and later concerned we may have a break in at some point or worse. With my family also being here and thinking of their safety, I am not allowing in person shopping anymore; I haven’t for almost a year.
I apologize for having to bring this to light again, however, I’ve had several customers show up within the last week, I’m not sure if my address came out somewhere else or not but I apologize.
I hope those who need to see this as an update and some clarification as to why I may not have answered if I was home. I don’t want anyone thinking I’m ignoring them or giving the sho a bad reputation from the start. I’m trying really hard to get a location for you all, but funds are needed to get things rolling a bit more and I’ll be transparent with you all; if I wasn’t from home and online, I definitely wouldn’t be open at all. We don’t sell enough a month to even make a bill payment let alone rent. If there’s something missing you all think I should carry; please don’t hesitate to let me know.
