This is a quick map of all the calls Ray and I completed this past week 6/2-6/6 - Monday Friday. If you call and we can't respond until next week, rest assured that we are not exaggerating. I'm thankful to be busy.

Ok hope all is well with our loyal customers and to those who always recommend us to others we appreciate it very much!! So I want to just inform everyone that when calling to set up a appointment here are the things we need to set it up...
1. Brand of appliance
2. A model number-For a TOP LOAD WASHER it is usually when you lift the lid if you bend down a little and look up under the bottom of the lid there will be a sticker-For a FRONT LOAD WASHER its usually when you open the door, and it will be alongside of the hole. For a DRYER it is usually when you open the door, and it will be alongside the hole somewhere. For a REFRIDGERATOR it is usually inside on the fresh food side along the top on the side walls or in the back but somewhere around that area. For a RANGE it is usually down in the drawer when you pull it out on a leg sometimes you can see a sticker when you open the drawer.
3. We also DO NOT DO day of service; all appointments are scheduled, and we do our best to get you in the week you call.
4. We also would prefer to see the appliance that is having issues verses trying to diagnose over the phone or in the shop. Although we do want to help our customers with answers to their questions and help resolve their problem it's just sometimes there could be multiple reasons on why your appliance is doing what it's doing.
5. We truly appreciate all of our customers and helping keep this business going.
