Ginger soy rice, but make it packed with umami.

Recipe Below👇:

Servings: 2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
• 1½ cups cooked rice (made in Panasonic Rice Cooker)
• 10–12 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1½ tbsp vegan oyster sauce
To Serve
• Scallions
• Furikake seasoning
• Chili oil (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook rice using the Panasonic Japanese Rice Cooker and allow it to cool slightly.


2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.


3. Add chopped garlic and cook until crispy and golden. Remove and set aside.


4. Add ginger and scallions to the pan and cook until fragrant.


5. Stir in the cooked rice along with soy sauce and vegan oyster sauce.


6. Top with crispy garlic, furikake, and chili oil before serving.

Made in the Panasonic HomeCHEF® 4-in-1 Multi Oven
Servings: 2–4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes

Ingredients:
• 2 medium eggplants
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1–2 tbsp avocado oil

Miso Glaze:
• 2 tbsp white miso paste
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• ½ tsp crushed red pepper

Extra:
• Sliced green onions
• Sesame seeds

Instructions
1. Preheat the Panasonic HomeCHEF® 4-in-1 Multi Oven to Broil.


2. Score eggplants in a crosshatch pattern without piercing the skin.


3. Heat oil in a skillet and sear eggplants cut-side down for 3 minutes. Flip, cover, and cook another 4 minutes until tender.


4. Whisk together the miso glaze ingredients.


5. Place eggplants on a sheet pan or HomeCHEF pan and brush generously with glaze.


6. Broil in the HomeCHEF® Multi Oven for 4–5 minutes until golden and caramelized.


7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
