When you purchase from me you support my theatrical dreams and goals! This year I’ve been able to drop everything to go on a national tour, take private lessons, the ability to sit at EPA auditions all day long, fly to NYC multiple times for callbacks, all while getting to stay connected to the arts through this lovely sticker adventure. My very first purple kit!!! Death becomes Purr has quickly soared to the top of my favorite musicals - the camp, the comedy, and THE COSTUMES! You can ask Mabel to confirm that I was giggling away while designing this set. Oh CPC, I’ll never forgot at the first Chicago Planner meet-up I went to. Before I had a shop, back when I was just making stickers for myself, I had made a little sticker to hand out to everyone who attended to commemorate the Chicago Planner group. When I handed a sheet she asked if I had a shop, and was shocked to hear that I didn’t.
I walked away from that afternoon with the confidence that I could offer something to this community and a few months later this instagram and An Actor Plans was born.

Since then the annual meeting of Chicago Planners has grown into the massive success that is the - and my shop has grown right along with it. It is the highlight of my year, a chance to reunite with friends, push myself to new creative heights, and to fill my tank for another year of planning.

This year was no small feat on all fronts, while not everything went to plan (the CPC planner collection never got finished but there’s always next year 😉) HOWEVER - I did draw, design, and produce three new collections and was able to produce way more stock to make the weekend a much less stressful event then last year. This year I walked away thankful that in a world of flaming dumpsters fires that a little joy in colorful sticky paper was found and celebrated.

So if you’ve made it to the end of my ramble - thank you, for your support, your stickers, and your dollars - the wild theatre life I live is a direct result of An Actor Plans giving my the financial freedom to chase my theatre dreams!

Mabel’s been a busy kitty! She’s staring in THREE new productions premiering at the next weekend, followed by their release on the website November 5th! Let me know in the comments which set your looking forward to the most!
