💚 A Note From Two Kids and a Dog 💚

Today didn’t go the way any of us had hoped, and we want to sincerely apologize to everyone who came to our Grand Central location for today’s Needoh release.

We were overwhelmed by the incredible turnout, and unfortunately the line became so large that building management and the NYPD had to clear the area for everyone’s safety. We know many of you took time out of your day, traveled to see us, and waited in line, only to leave disappointed. We are truly sorry.

Working alongside Grand Central Terminal, we quickly put a timed entry system in place to help ensure the release can move forward safely. While reservations filled very quickly, we hope this new process will create a smoother, safer shopping experience for everyone tomorrow.

Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your understanding as we’ve worked through an unprecedented level of demand. We know today was frustrating for many of you, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support you’ve shown our team throughout it all.

Thank you for supporting our small business. It truly means more to us than you know. ❤️
