The process of putting a puzzle for sale is much longer than you may think.

First of all, we pass through hundreds of designs to pick the best ones. I solved more than 1,000 puzzles but only specific ones fit my design specifications to match the store-wide experience I’m curating.

Then, we pitch the store to designers asking for permission to produce their puzzles. Some of them are quite hard to reach.

But this is only the beginning.

After getting permission, we’re modelling the design before production. Some puzzles need adjustments to work properly and the tolerances must be precise for some features to work properly.

That’s why low quality puzzles are usually not worth your money, btw.

After modelling we need to get the puzzle ready for production, designing jigs or connections between components.

Then, we produce a prototype and test it to make sure everything works as planned.

If not, it’s back to modelling and making more prototypes until we’re satisfied.

And lastly, once create the final puzzle, we snap some pictures and upload them to our store. After some behind-the-scenes work, this is when you all get to actually buy the puzzles and enjoy them at home.

But when a puzzle is so good that we can’t hold it back - this long process is worth every moment!
