Our first athlete to compete for this years πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ National team is a 1st time competitor in the CIFR International Strength and Muscle Endurance Championship.

Hailing from NYC πŸŽπŸ—½ He's been working out and training calisthenics for the past 6 years , at first it started as a hobby and it later evolved into a lifestyle, in the beginning he started to train reps and sets. the basics, eventually he started hybrid training, weighted Calisthenics and even adding cardio into his routines. He Co founded a calisthenics group called Team Empire, and has been competing for the past 3 years. One of his highlights throughout his calisthenics journey has been to inspire and be inspired by many great people in his community.

Wish him and his teammates luck as they look to shoot thier shot 🎯 and capture thier first Gold πŸ₯‡ against National Power Houses from Mexico πŸ‡²πŸ‡½ and Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦
