The Field Guide is just over two months away from coming out, and I genuinely can’t wait for you to get your hands on it! As a thank you (and yes, because authors really do love a pre-order), I’m hosting a 90-minute Zoom conversation on May 6 for anyone who buys the book before its release on 4/28. We’ll talk about the ideas behind the book, I’ll answer your questions, share a few stories, all the good stuff! All you have to do is pre-order the book, send us your proof of purchase, and you’re in. Click the link in bio to fill out the form. I’m SO grateful for your support. Hope to see you there!

Last May, we gathered in Nashville for the very first Unreasonable Hospitality Summit. And what unfolded over those two days was something truly special. Yes, the room was filled with people from restaurants and hotels - but also educators, financiers, healthcare leaders, creatives, and so many others - all connected by a shared belief in caring deeply for others.

We learned from each other. We challenged each other. And we left inspired to raise the bar for how we show up in the world. It was so meaningful that we knew we had to do it again.

This April, we’re back. Tickets are officially on sale, and we’d love for you to be part of it. Link in bio.

IT’S BACK! We’re so excited to be bringing the Unreasonable Hospitality Summit back to Nashville - not once, but TWICE this April. After how fast it sold out last year, we’ve added extra dates to open it up to more folks this year, while keeping the intimacy and magic that make it special.

Think of the Summit as a personalized, practical training workshop with me and my team, and a gathering of like-minded folks coming together to learn, inspire one another, and take those lessons back home.

You can read more about the Summit in detail on our website, but tickets are going on sale tomorrow, at 1pm EST (set your alarms now!). The link in bio will take you straight to that page which will open those up for purchase at 1pm on the dot. Can’t wait!
