John "Big P***y" Russo is standing next to Valli. Russo was the respected soldier under Richie the Boot. Tommy DeVito is next to Russo. DeVito was a vocalist and the band's guitarist. Ruggiero "Richie the Boot" Boiardo is on the far right side. Boiardo ruled the Newark area for the Westside for many years. On Russo, the character in The Sopranos named Gennaro "Little P***y" Malanga was loosely about him.
