"Working with Commonplace was an excellent experience from start to finish. My assigned representative, Uriel, was always available and incredibly prompt, with clear and thorough communication every step of the way.

Pick-up by Chico was smooth and well-coordinated, with ongoing updates leading up to arrival so everything went exactly as planned. Payment was processed immediately while Chico was still on site which made the entire transaction seamless. He took great care by gently removing my Tonal from the wall which minimized repairs from the bolts.

This company is highly professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Tonal provided this company’s information for resale which made me feel confident about the process. I would absolutely recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future."

"They were prompt and so communicative with me throughout the day about when they would be showing up, 2 men came to take my peloton and they were so nice & did the job very fast. I have a dog who barks at people she doesn’t know and if she doesn’t like a person she will bark incessantly. She didn’t bark once when the men were there which shows that they were kind people with warm energy. I trust a dog’s judgment and a child’s judgment every time and they were good in my dog’s book! The men were funny, personable & were chatting with my dad . I would absolutely recommend their service for the fast work they did and the comfort they provided, especially as a person letting strangers into their home. They made me feel at ease so fast and that safety feeling alone makes them a trustworthy company that I recommend."
