With over thirty years of experience making handmade chocolates, Chocolatiere Rhonda Kave (a.k.a. Roni-Sue) will win you over with her unique and deeply flavorful treats! Roni-Sue’s Chocolates feature only the finest and freshest ingredients (and they're celiac-friendly!), artfully crafted into

a selection of homemade truffles, chocolate and caramel candies, lollipops, seasonal specialties and of course buttercrunch—our signature candy. Home of the "fiendish" Pig Candy [a.k.a. chocolate-covered bacon]! Stop by anytime for a coffee, pastry, some chocolates or a snack. Check out our special 'cold room' to watch us hand roll and hand dip our candies on site! After six years making everything in our tiny stall at the Essex Street Market we finally have a large production space to call our own at our flagship store on Forsyth. We sell by the piece, gift box or the pound and also create beautiful gift baskets. Ask us about wedding or special occasion favors. We’ll even custom blend a unique flavor profile—your very own truffle to celebrate your special day! Roni-Sue’s Chocolates are also featured in select restaurants and specialty shops.
