Just like , ZOE is a fan of fat!

“Some people are still on the low fat / calorie counting train, others are “keto” (but are they really?! 🤔). What I say is include a healthy fat most times you eat - depending on the kind, they’re good for lowering inflammation, for the ❤️ and keep us feeling more satisfied. That doesn’t mean eat an entire avocado with every meal though 😊 Keep it balanced. Veggies are the ⭐️, little protein + fat, a little whole food starch if you want it.
These foods have healthy fats - avocado, extra virgin or avocado oil, ground flax, chia, walnuts, almonds. Fatty fish like salmon too. I personally feel a little coconut oil is good too.
We want to avoid fried foods, processed meats, vegetable oils, and those foods made with “partially hydrogenated oils” - this is another word for trans fats which are awful for us. Even if the packaging says ‘Zero Trans Fats!’ don’t trust it until you’ve made sure you don’t say PHO on the ingredient list 🧐”
