Founded in 2009 by sisters Funda & Fulya Cerit, the company’s inaugural brand, FFC New York, quickly gained traction by producing affordable trend-right footwear. In January 2016, Sarah Phillips joined the team, expanding the business’s offe
rings into handbags and further focusing on building in-house brands. In May 2016 T M R W contemporary footwear and handbags brand was launched. In addition to wholesale and distribution, T M R W Studio has a strong private label division supporting major designers and retailers in category expansion strategy, design, product development, sourcing and production. Our established network of trusted suppliers and partners worldwide includes:

· Flexible sourcing strategies to meet both price and quality requirements

Funda Cerit I CEO and Co-Founder
Funda is an MBA with Bachelors in Economics, and has held executive positions in publicly held companies such as Steve Madden, Payless ShoeSource. She has also opened and led international distribution channels for brands such as Pour La Victoire and Kelsi Dagger. Funda focuses on business development, strategic negotiations, management, operations and finance. Fulya Cerit I EVP and Co-Founder
Fulya is a graduate of one of Europe’s most reputable art institutes (Mimar Sinan University) and brings a wealth of knowledge from her 12 years of design and art direction experience in the film industry as well as 8 years of footwear design/ product development experience. Sarah has a Master’s degree in Industrial Design and Entrepreneurship, and has previously held executive roles focusing on design and strategy for multi-billion-dollar fashion companies (BCBG, Kellwood’s contemporary brands) as well as smaller, leaner, fashion start-ups (Pour la Victoire). She has led successful launches for various ready-to-wear labels interested in expanding into the luxury leather goods market: Rebecca Taylor, Vince, Joie, Trina Turk, Ella Moss, amongst others. In 2015 Sarah founded Loop de Loup, a line of up-cycled jewelry and home accessories made with zero waste, and was named one of Not Just a Label’s top 40 fashion visionaries to watch
