The EPA reports that over 112,000 computers are discarded every single day. That’s 41.1 million desktops and laptop computers per year. And that’s just here in the U.S. not including computer monitors.
20 million TVs are trashed in the U.S. every year.
We toss over 100 million cell phones in the trash every year. Again, just here in the U.S. And Only 13% of electronic waste is disposed and recycled properly. I really think we should start doing something about this otherwise we'll be living in a cyber dump land, think about it!

Nettech PC Solutions and 4th Bin have launched the ERP program making Nettech PC Solutions an E-Waste Rescue Point (ERP). The ERP program provides NYC residents with free, local drop-off locations for their e-waste. This ERP drop-off site is part of the 4th Bin's growing, comprehensive system which provides an ethical and convenient disposal solution for NYC residential e-waste. Over the next 12 months, 4th Bin will be rolling out additional ERP's in selected NYC neighborhoods throughout the 5 boroughs.
