Hiring Alejandro as a day-of coordinator is the best money we spent for our wedding. We had a DIY venue and were working to keep costs low, but it was absolutely necessary to have someone on the day of the event keeping the trains running. Alejandro is a true professional that was several steps ahead of me the whole day. He set up the tables and decor, pre-empted problems, called vendors before hand; during the reception he ran the schedule flawlessly, and came running with club soda when I spilled on my dress. Post wedding he and his team tore everything down and packed it away, it was the smoothest transition I could have asked for. He was charming and the guests loved him. 10/10 would hire again (but hopefully I won't have another wedding haha)
