So this page has been silent since we closed the doors.
After speaking with Michael Socko Rivas, we thought it would be proper to pay tribute to one of our family who has passed on from this world. One of the original members of the Comic Book Jones staff, Strange Jones was nothing short of his nickname. Always making everyone laugh and saying the most ridiculous things. Never shy to make fun of himself or do something that made him the weirdo just to make everyone laugh. Strange loved comics and heavy music. Doing his best to grow and expand as a musician, Strange was in a bunch of island bands. Love him or hate him, Strange Jones was one of us and we just wanted to take a minute to pay tribute to our brother. We love you no matter if the shop is here or not, the family and friends made here is what matters in the end. Take care of each other, call that friend you haven't spoken to in a minute, check in. Don't let life get in the way because then it's too late.
