We’ve been offline, connecting with families in Los Angeles with specific needs from the fires- the tiny way in which we could touch into the enormous loss over there.
We also saw the mountains of clothes that went into junk bins because of the sheer mass of low quality fast fashion and the lack of infrastructure to get what people really needed into their hands. We saw individuals rising up and had friends and clients stepping up voluntarily with zero optics to focus efforts to get help where it was needed... and this is precisely what we all need to continue to do in our communities as one thing after another seems to be “on fire”. We are with you, in ways both big and small.
