Avoid the 5 S’s !!!
1. Sleep: never sleep while wearing your jewelry
2. Shower: your jewelry is allergic to water! Try to keep it away especially when showering
3. Sprays: use perfumes, lotions, etc before you put on your jewelry
4. Sweat: try to avoid mam excessive sweating while wearing your jewelry. Do not wear to the gym
5. Swim: take off jewelry before swimming!
