This year commemorates the tenth anniversary of our collaboration with Korean Tea Master Cho Yun Seok. We are proud to serve as the exclusive North American partner of Master Cho's teas.

Master Cho follows the tradition of his grandparents, who began producing green tea in the Hadong Valley in 1962. He cultivates and processes teas without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. As a scholar with progressive thinking, he consistently strives to educate others and disseminate knowledge about pure, handmade Korean teas. All his Woojeon, Sejak, and Balhyo teas are certified organic and are even recognized in Europe, which is exceedingly rare.

Describing the taste of a Korean Woojeon is like describing a perfect spring day—it's a complex, layered experience captured by rich umami, elegant floral notes, and refreshing astringency.

This year's Organic Woojeon, Sejak and Balhyo are available now.

2026 Buddha's Woojeon just arrived.
This year's harvest stands out for its nuanced depth—less fruity, yet adorned with exquisite floral notes and an elegant structure, a testament to the cooler weather and careful timing of the harvest. We’re thrilled to report that this season's teas are exceptional, with enchanting flavors that captivate the senses. Our 100% wild tea, sourced from ancient tea trees, carries a unique energy that sets it apart from most commercially available teas, which often come from cultivated farms.

At the heart of our process is Buddha's Woojeon, meticulously hand-picked and processed in the traditional Korean style by the esteemed tea master. Master Kim approaches tea with a philosophy steeped in naturalness. Eschewing mass production, his plants thrive without grafting or chemical treatment. For Kim, the best teas are "born, not made," allowing the true essence of the age-old, naturally-spread trees on the hillside to shine through.
