Maybe you’ve heard our exciting news! The Knights of Columbus awarded St. Wenceslaus a grant to purchase ukuleles for our music program! Mrs. Fischer has so many fun and engaging ideas planned for music class. The students are loving the ukuleles — and they’re getting pretty good, too!

Even better, we were able to purchase all of the ukuleles locally at Downtown Sound. We are so grateful to be part of a community that continually goes above and beyond to provide meaningful opportunities for our students.

Sometimes my job as a music store owner is so rewarding!! This great kid came to me having trouble playing after getting braces, I spent some time with him, he left more encouraged, happy, and a better player. He came back a week later with this lovely card! Thanks for coming to Downtown Sound Music Store !!

Downtown Sound's first sale of the day! Three little ukuleles for three little boys! (1 boy was too shy). They were so excited that they sat on the sidewalk and opened them right up! Thanks to the Wondras!!
