We withdrew the proposal, not the vision.

I’ve formally withdrawn the Signal House proposal for the Main & Bank property from RFP26-026.

After taking a closer look at the redevelopment scope and the groundwork still needed, I decided this wasn’t the right path forward under the current process.

That isn’t me stepping away from New Port Richey or from Signal House. The vision has always been bigger than one building: bringing people together through creativity, technology, and experiences worth showing up for.

Thank you to everyone who encouraged the idea and gave it their time. I’m still building, still exploring opportunities, and still excited about what comes next.

And next up: Winter Wonderland. I’m officially part of the team, and I’m creating a dedicated room filled with lights, music, and a whole lot of Signal House imagination. A light-show extravaganza with its own atmosphere and energy. Something special for our community to experience together.

Different setting. Same imagination.

I’m just getting started.

🔴 NEW PORT RICHEY… ARE YOU READY?

A Needle rises. The warning horn sounds. The signal hits. And the Bound begin to move.

Meet ZOMBIE HUNT: DEAD SIGNAL—a PLAiTE experience imagined for the real streets and gathering places of New Port Richey. Form a crew, chase supplies, defend your position, and become part of a story unfolding across the district.

We’re working to bring this hosted, cooperative event to life, with Halloween in our sights. Your support can help make it happen.

Watch the full trailer, see how the experience could work, and tell us if you’d want to play, act, host, or help build it. Then send this to the crew you’d trust when the signal goes off.

The choices that cost you the most rarely feel expensive when you make them. Putting off the hard conversation at home. Telling yourself the business plan can wait until next quarter.

Each one looks free on the day you make it. Then you add five years to it.

Before you say yes or no to anything this week, ask what it will cost you in five years if you keep choosing it. That one question will change how you run your business and your family.

Share this with someone who is sitting on a big decision right now.👊🏼

A wedding above Main Street, with the historic Hacienda glowing in the background.

That’s the kind of moment Signal House is being designed for — a building that can shift from coffee and community by day, to dining, celebrations, private events and unforgettable experiences at night.

And the best part is the setting. New Port Richey already has the history, the architecture and the stories. Signal House simply gives people another way to experience them.

Old Florida character. New possibilities. One very special view.
