What is Freeze dried Candy? Simply put we start with a candy everyone is familiar with, freeze it to -40 degrees degrees in a vacuum chamber and then slowly heat it to vaporize and remove any moisture. The end result is a light puffy and extremely satisfying mammoth candy like this caramel.
