(Ein Variant) is now in stock! The legendary original soundtrack to Cowboy Bebop is finally available on Brown and White vinyl!

The Bebop crew is just trying to make a buck. This motley lot of intergalactic loners teams up to track down fugitives and turn them in for cold hard cash. Spike is a hero whose cool façade hides a dark and deadly past. The pilot Jet is a bruiser of a brute who can't wait to collect the next bounty. Valentine is a femme fatale prone to breaking hearts and separating fools from their money. Along for the ride are the brilliant, but weird, hacker Ed and a super-genius Welsh Corgi named . On their own, any one of them is likely to get lost in the sprawl of space, but together, they're they most entertaining gang of bounty hunters in the year 2071.

Composed and performed by Yoko Kanno and the band , the music of Cowboy Bebop is one of the signature elements of the series. The energetic jazz-infused pieces rip and roar across the stars and are as indispensable as the crew of the Bebop themselves.

A Thousand Suns is the fourth studio album by American rock band . It was released on September 8, 2010, by Warner Bros. Records. The album was written by the band and was produced by Linkin Park vocalist Mike Shinoda and Rick Rubin, who worked together to produce the band’s previous studio album Minutes to Midnight (2007). Recording sessions for A Thousand Suns took place at NRG Recording Studios in North Hollywood, California from 2008 until early 2010.
A Thousand Suns is a concept album dealing with human fears such as nuclear warfare. The band has said the album is a drastic departure from their previous work; they experimented on different and new sounds. Shinoda told MTV the album references numerous social issues and blends human ideas with technology. The title is a reference to the Bhagavad Gita, a line in which was first popularized in 1945 by J. Robert Oppenheimer, who described the atomic bomb as being “as bright as a thousand suns”. It also appears in a line from the first single of the album, “The Catalyst“.
“The Catalyst” was sent to radio and released to digital music retailers on August 2, 2010. “The Catalyst” peaked at #40 on the Billboard Alternative Songs and Rock Songs charts. Three more singles were released to promote the album: “Waiting for the End“, “Burning in the Skies” and “Iridescent“. “The Catalyst” and “Waiting for the End” were certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Linkin Park promoted the album through the A Thousand Suns World Tour from October 2010 to September 2011.
Although it received a polarizing response from audiences, the album received a positive response from critics, some of whom found it to be a natural evolution for the band. The record debuted at number one on over ten charts, and was certified platinum by the RIAA in August 2017.

From Spill Magazine:

"After 22 years of making music, Silverstein continues to flourish when most would not or would have called it quits. This was not the case for Silverstein in the slightest. Misery Made Me is a poignant punch to the chest, fervidly showing the world through a self-aware lens as we change and grow through our daily surroundings. Silverstein forever blossoms, and when met with adversity, never wilts. No one really knows the secret to how Silverstein continues its constantly growing path to success, even in dark times such as these. But if they continue to make beautifully touching album releases like this, the universe will have them around for many more years."
