We let the alpacas “in the trees” and in 24 hours they have trimmed them all up to “what Ele can reach” level. 😉

“In the trees” is an area that used to have about 30 more trees but over the almost 20 years is down to less 10. 🫣. If they kill them all I guess we’ll need to get them a big tent structure. 😆

Galler was pretty excited to load up and head back to the farm. It was a long day and he needed to rest his head on something soft during the drive.

He’s back in his barn with his herd. ❤️

The vets think it’s probably cancer. We will get some urine & blood results tomorrow but the biopsies will take a few weeks.

The vets & students were amazing at the UofM.
Some of the staff where there when Galler was born almost 16 years ago.

Galler and Jody Grack are headed to the U of M. Galler might have an infection and it has nothing to do with the white powder on his face. 😆That’s baking soda that we leave as free choice out for the alpacas.

Here’s hoping whatever is wrong is fixable. 🤞

It’s shearing day. 🎉. I’d say the alpacas are excited but you can see that Viola and Venice are less than impressed with today’s plans. 😆

Stinger is sleeping off the meds. Listen to that adorable snore ❤️

They did some trimming and want to see him
back later this year.

Stinger ❤️. He has an appt at the U of M to have his teeth checked out.

He has been humming/talking the entire drive.

We got here a bit early and are just waiting for them to open for the day.
