Lenox Great Cathedral Music Box NOTRE DAME - 1994 Is made of white fine porcelain and trimmed in gold in original box. Music box works. REMOVED from box (box is in poor condition) Styrofoam packaging in excellent condition. Plaque is ~7-1/2” long with music box on top it is ~4-1/2” tall - Notre Dame Cathedral has no repairs, chips or cracks.

This is a blast from the past. An excellent condition Charlie McCarthy fur clip, with a pin mechanism to actually make his mouth move by pushing back and forth. Wow! Patented in 1936, # 2038343, by Gasten Candas New York, NY. It is an unusual dress clip ... but a great collectible if you like Charlie McCarthy! This amusing articulated pin features Charlie with his monocle, Top Hat and Tux that are hand painted enamel. As I've shown, some gold is showing thru on his brim ,at the tips of shoulders and on the leaver to move his mouth from normal wear. Not bad for being 80+ years old. In case your wondering who the ventriloquist was, it is Edgar Bergen. Candice Bergen's father.
The size of this pin is approximately 1 3/8 inches tall by 1/2 inch wide. The condition is excellent as you can see from the pictures. He is such a cutie!
