Distance & In person reiki sessions now available ✨✨✨ Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and anxiety. Reiki has so many benefits that can open and unblock the chakras. Distance and in person sessions still feel the same and the energy healing will still be felt. Reiki is not a religious practice and is great way to improve the flow and balance of the mind, body, and spirit. Booking is now available and I am always open to questions about reiki and how it can help. 🦋
