Waist up to 23 and is 21 1/2 from shoulder to hem. Has 3 layers of organza with fish line so no petticoat needed. Puff sleeves have polka dot inset. Rhinestones for that sparkle. Bloomers are available Upon request. Snap closure. This one will not last long. $125 shipped
