Why consign with Ditto… Our staff will display your items creatively, which may award a higher selling price. We offer consignors the ability to track their items via the internet through our web site, www.dittoconsignments.com. You may email us a photo or bring in a photo. We have the right to refuse anything we feel does not meet our standards. Acceptable Items… We accept

home furnishings and accents that represent a timeless style. All items must be in good condition, clean and smoke-free. We will do minor touch-ups at no charge. We will accept no more than 10 items at a time. We accept consignment items on Wed., Thurs & Fri. Saturdays by appointment only. Unacceptable Items… Cutsie country ,large appliances or exercise equipment, see our consignor agreement. Condition… We will accept only items that rate between 6-10 on a scale of 1-10. Furniture must be without structural damage, hardware must be present, no tears in fabrics. Pricing… Will be based on condition, style, and what the item might sell for if it were new. We will also take into consideration how desirable the item might be. No items will be accepted with a selling price of less than $10, except Holiday items. Pick Up & Delivery… Will be offered for large item s. There will be a small fee based upon location. Prior arrangements must be made in advance. Consignment Terms… 50/50 Split
90 day consignment period. The first 30 days will be at regular price. At 31 days, the selling price will drop 10%. At 61 days the price will drop an additional 10%. At the end of the 90 days you must contact us within 30 days to retrieve your items or agree to a further mark down. If we do not hear from you within the 30 days your property will become our property. You will not be called. Commission checks will be issued on the 10th of each month, for items sold in the month before. If any of your items are sold by layaway, your commission will not be paid until the layaway is paid in full. No checks will be issued for less than $15.00. Your amount will carry over to the next month .Checks cannot be mailed unless you provide a self addressed, stamped envelope.. Lost checks will be replaced for a $25 fee. Consignor agrees to participate in any special sales event. These events allow customers to purchase at a fair discount price. Usually an extra 10% off. You may keep track of your account by visiting dittoconsignments.com and follow the link to my resale web. You will not be notified when your 120 days have expired, it will be your responsibility to keep track.

Thank you to each and every one of you that prayed and donated for my niece Amber, that was killed 3 weeks ago in a head on car accident. Her son Wyatt, is still in Children's Hospital. He has had multiple surgeries and many more in his future. He's in therapy 8 hours a day. Trying to learn how to walk again. He has a long road ahead of him. He asked for his mom and was told she passed away in a car accident. The next day he asked for her again. It's very heartbreaking.💔 Please continue to pray for Wyatt and Olivia ( his sister that wasn't in the accident)🙏 ALL prayers help!!!

This was my niece Amber, killed in this horrific accident yesterday on Groesbeck in Clinton Township. Her young son Wyatt is in critical condition at Children's Hospital in Detroit with two broken legs and multiple injuries. Many surgeries needed for him. She was 41 years old, a wonderful soul, a single, hard working, loving mother of Wyatt and Olivia. Now they have no mother. Please pray for our family. Thank you.
