Join us for an all-ages "shine your light" themed storytime and craft at Ten Trees Books with authors Kari Allen (Author of Night Prints) & Carrie Kruck (Author of Iggy Who Breathes Fire).

About Carrie and Kari: Since meeting as pre-published writers in 2016, Kari Allen and Carrie Kruck (aka “Kari-with-a-K” and “Carrie-with-a-C”) have shared not only a name and a passion for children’s literature...they’ve also become the best of friends! And now, after almost a decade of supporting each other through the publishing journey and through life’s ups & downs, they have 17 children’s books between them either published or under contract.

At this storytime, they’ll be sharing Night Prints and Iggy Who Breathes Fire.

A HUGE thank you to and for a Dino-mite storytime this weekend! 🦖🦕📚

Josh and Renee shared their newest book, The Dino Door, which combined Josh’s clever writing and Renee’s vibrant artwork. We love how they immersed storytime attendees in the story with their engaging storytelling and Renee’s oversized cutouts. A memorable storytime for all!

Two years ago, we held our first book club in our first location at , to discuss “The Anxious Generation”, by Jonathan Haidt. The night was filled with wonderful conversation & connection.

Since then, we’ve moved to our permanent location across the street, & we’ve expanded our book clubs to offer a variety of genres!

Last week, we launched a gift card program in Natick Center. This week, we'd like to announce that now available for the gift cards are the three winning art pieces from our call for art in the winter!

Two are by Denise Girardin, a local artist who many in Natick may recognize the "01760" from her art in Adams Street. If you haven't seen it before, it's worth a walk down the street! And one is by Boden Mitchell, 11-year-old resident of Natick. Congratulations!
