Sometimes you have to go to war with yourself to save yourself.

The hardest battles aren't always fought against the world, sometimes they're fought in silence.

You don't have to pretend you're strong every second of every day, you don't have to have all the answers, but you do owe it to yourself to keep fighting.

Healing isn't always peaceful, growth isn't always pretty and sometimes becoming the person you're meant to be means facing the parts of yourself you've been avoiding for years.

That takes courage and you're winning a battle most people will never see.
