We want you to be a part of our new toy store! Tabla Rasa Toys is a neighborhood toy store in East Nashville, designed to “open your mind to play” through four pillars of play: Move, Connect, Imagine and Grow. Our business includes a local skate shop (Cecil’s Skate Shop) and soft serve ice cream café (Soft Service Station).

If you enjoy working in a fast paced and fun space, this job is for you.

The ideal candidate should:

- Thrive handling multiple tasks and working in a small business
- Enjoy programming unique experiences
- Share a passion for youth and child development
- Be able to work full time, must be available on weekends

Daily tasks include:

- Opening and curating the space each day
- Assisting in inventory purchases, rotation and merchandising
- Helping plan seasonal events
- Closing / cleaning and managing the general needs of the shop

As a small business, we believe in focusing on people before profits by enabling our staff to have time off for family / personal time, limited overtime, access to all of the best industry products at cost, and earning a living wage.
