TCRM Hobby Shop TCRM Hobby Shop is Middle Tennessee's "go to" store for HO and N Scale trains and supplies. It is operated by volunteer members of the organization.

We are an authorized dealer for most all of the popular model train and supply manufacturers. Our Hobby Shop is operated by volunteer members of the Tennessee Central Railway Museum. The museum founded the hobby shop in the early 1990's so that model train enthusiasts could have ready access to quality trains, accessories, and supplies. Our hobby shop crew members are all experienced modelers an

d are always available to assist our customers with technical questions as well as questions about product availability. If a crew member is unable to answer a question, a vast knowledge base of resources from our fellow museum members can be tapped. Our shop is governed by a Hobby Shop Committee appointed by the Board of Directors of Tennessee Central Railway Museum (TCRM). We operate under the guidelines of the museum to provide courteous service, fair pricing, and technical assistance to our customers. All profits from the operation of TC Hobby Shop go back to Tennessee Central Railway Museum and are used for general purposes for the operations and maintenance of the museum. The TCRM Hobby Shop will be closed on Christmas Day (12/25/2021) and New Years Day (1/1/2022).

Dates are still to be set but the annual inventory will be right after that.

You still have a couple more weekends to stop by and pick up yourself a few Christmas Gifts to put under the tree, but after that it may be a while.

Greetings!. The Tennessee Central Railway Museum is having an Open House this Saturday April 13. The Hobby Shop will be open with many new and used items at great prices. Layouts will be running, our Excursion Train will be open, lunch will be available, and Locomotive 576 will be available for visits. Stop By and have a fun couple of hours. Hope to see you Saturday.

The fun starts tomorrow with Thomas and tickets are available at TCRY.org! Join us the next two weekends us for a train ride with Thomas, Imagination Station play areas, live kids entertainment, inflatable activities, a petting zoo, photos with Thomas, and much more. Lunch and snacks will available for purchase. This is a rain or shine event- come out out! Our great volunteers are hard at work to make your experience a great one!
