Please join us at the 1st Annual Co****le for Cancer Tournament with all proceeds benefiting the Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center’s Ambassadors Program. The event will be held at the Nashville Fairgrounds – Pulling Shed on Saturday, June 10th starting at 11:00 a.m. The tournament will be limited to 50 teams of two and it will be double-elimination. Registration levels include:

· Sponsor Entry Fee- $500.00 that includes entry fee for 2 people, a custom co****le board (optional), signage and recognition at the event and complimentary food & beverage. $300 is tax deductible.

· Team Entry Fee- $100.00 that includes entry fee for 2 people and complimentary food & beverage. $50 is tax deductible.

· Spectator Ticket- $25.00 that includes admission to attend the event and complimentary food & beverage
