Today I'm grateful for my neighbors. I live in a section of a 55 Plus community that we call L*D, which stands for the 3 streets in our area as you can see in the banner below. Our neighborhood does all kinds of fun things, like the party we had between two homes, a ladies Dirty Santa gathering, a Holiday gathering in the Club House in December. Individual neighbors have also been great with helping set our sprinkler system, calling and/or bringing food when John or I have been ill, taking food to a spouse when their spouse passes away etc. I've never lived in a neighborhood that has been this friendly, helpful and I love it and am grateful for each and every neighbor.

This is the card that I will be teaching to L*D ladies today -- the ladies who all live in the same section of the larger 55 plus community where I live. My kits are all made and my house is decorated for Christmas as I'm calling this a Christmas in July class. My plan is to teach 3 ladies in each of 3 hours, for a total of 9 ladies. I always make my own Christmas cards and usually start at this time of the year because I make 65 to 70 cards. How many Christmas cards to you make each year?

This week I hosted a Christmas in July event that was great fun, so much fun that I forgot to take pictures during the event. I decorated my whole house with Christmas decorations and everyone loved it. I had wreaths on the front door, inside the front door and in the kitchen!

Isn’t this stamp set beautiful?

The Begonia Belle stamp set is Stampin’ Up!’s Product of the Month, and I can definitely see why they chose it.

The layered flowers create such gorgeous blooms, and I love how you can change the look just by switching up your ink colors.

Whether you enjoy clean and simple cards or adding lots of layers, this set has so many creative possibilities.
