Rhode Island Summers are the best kind of summers. I am so grateful to live so close to the ocean. Lately I’ve been spending a lot of time by the sea trying to recenter and recharge. The summers here go by too fast and these fleeting months are when I feel the most connected. Find the place that makes you feel at peace and be sure to enjoy every dang second.

My favorite month of the year is here 🙌🏼🌈 it’s scary to not be accepted for who you are as a person, what you believe in, or especially who you love. I hope one day that loving who you love is as simple as if you’re right handed or left handed; no one cares. Take this month to celebrate who you are as a person. For those out there who are struggling, I’m rooting for you to never give up and keep on going. I’m always here for a conversation for those that need it 💙
