Namba naples Chef Mizuta an Executive Chef for the Namba restaurant in Naples, Florida.

He began his culinary journey working for his father in Japan where he studied Japanese cuisine. He then worked 12 years in Japan in a highly successful Japanese restaurant and 5 years in an Italian restaurant. Each of these restaurants provided Mizuta with experience in the art of different types of food. In 2005 he became executive chef in Hawaii serving gourmet menus and 2010 he became chef at

jinya Ramen ,LA. Most recently Mizuta is in the process of opening a new restaurant in Hollywood, Brentwood and Glendale with the SBE Group he worked with at Katsuya. Another Katsuya restaurant is opening for Mizuta and his talents for creating an environment with experienced and enthusiastic employees, comprehensive communication skills, an innate positive, professional attitude and an overall commitment to hospitality. The employees will be trained to surpass the expectations of any guest and build lasting relationships between customers and the restaurant.
