We’re Back. 💚

After the traumatic burglary that shook us a few weeks ago, we honestly weren’t sure if we could ever reopen. The loss wasn’t just financial—it was emotional, heavy, and at times it felt impossible to recover (even if some people can’t understand how a break in emotionally hurts).

But here we are today, reopening our doors—stronger, prouder, and more grateful than ever. The only reason this is possible is because of YOU. Our customers, our neighbors, our friends—you’ve lifted us with your words, your kindness, and your unwavering support.

Every message, every visit, every small gesture reminded us that Geeky Gaming is more than just a store. It’s a community. And this community gave us the courage to stand back up.

So thank you—from the bottom of our hearts—for believing in us. 💚
We can’t wait to welcome you back inside.

Our store was vandalized and robbed in the Outer Banks over this past weekend. They have stolen merchandise, and worse made it a frightening experience for our young community who likes to come in and play Pokemon. They took so much, including some of what we had set aside for donations to Children's Hospitals, like the Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters, and for Foster Cares in the local area.

Currently, we have had to close down our store because of this event. We will slowly be adjusting our hours as we install better security, and clean up the huge mess left behind.

Our wonderful neighbors in the plaza where our business is located have lent us a hand in our cleanup and rebuilding... We want a way to not only pay them back for their hard work, but also be able to rebuild our store. By supporting us, you will be helping a great store in a small community.
