For the past two years, Shawn has been an incredible part of the Floor Authority team, leading our Charleston warehouse with dedication and excellence every step of the way. Today we celebrate not only 8 incredible years with Floor Authority, but also the journey of someone who has truly grown alongside this company. Neil started in the warehouse and, through years of hard work, determination, and dedication, worked his way up to becoming a Field Manager in our Wilmington market. His story is a true example of loyalty, perseverance, and what it means to lead by example.

Neil has played such an important role in helping make Floor Authority what it is today. His commitment to the team, willingness to always step up, and positive attitude have left a lasting impact on everyone around him. Whether he’s supporting his market, helping his team succeed, or making sure our golf outings are a success, Neil gives his all in everything he does.
